Our charming accommotation is perfect for a luxurios and relaxing holiday. Surrounded by lush green countryside our house is situated at the outskirts of Andechs. It is easily accessible from the B2 between Munich (40 km) and Garmisch- Partenkirchen (60 km).

Two spacious apartments are flooded with light and offer you first-class comfort, convenience and quietness. You can relax perfectly from your daily activities and enjoy your free days. From here you can also explore the environment, take glorious walks, go swimming in one of the five lakes or visit Munich with its many sights.

There are good bus and S-train connections from here. We want to help to make your stay very enjoyable, and we are willing to give you valuable advice. If you are interested in fitness and health, we can also offer various activities.
